Welcome to Trevanger Cottages
The cottages have been in our family now for over 30 years and as such offer a real home from home as opposed to a business run rental property. We spend a great deal of time down there ourselves and therefore like to make the cottages as attractive, welcoming and comfortable as possible. This has now been recognised by the English Tourist Council and No.4 is now 3 star rated and with a new kitchen No.3 is scheduled for an upgraded star rating. At this present stage in their history, they have to cater for our extended family, which now includes babies, teenagers, parents and grandparents.
They are wonderfully situated to cater for all age groups – the beach appeals to all ages and the owners, now free of many of their childminding responsibilities, have discovered the area's many other attractions….such as golf, sailing, leisurely pub lunches, treats at Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant, National Trust properties, beautiful walks and the general peace and tranquillity that the area affords.

The younger members of the family appreciate the close proximity of the coast for the sailing, water-skiing, surfing, swimming and general rock pool investigations, whilst also knowing that if the Great British Weather does its Worst, then you will be spoilt for choice on what to do on a rainy day.
The cottages are located in the hamlet of Trevanger , next to its neighbouring village of St Minver, which is 1 ½ miles from the popular surfing beach of Polzeath , the sailing centre at Rock and also Daymer Bay , ideal for children's bathing and for the windsurfing enthusiast. Rock is where you can get the ferry across to the fishing village of Padstow
A mile up the lane is the 18-hole Roserrow golf course, which also offers fitness facilities, beauty/spa treatments, tennis courts, a golf driving range and an indoor swimming pool, whilst just a mile or so away is the challenging links course at St Enodoc Golf Club .
The cottages form part of a terrace of four old farmworkers' homes which stand alone in a quiet country lane away from the holiday traffic of the area and yet within easy striking distance of the major facilities.
The two are available to rent either together, for larger parties, or separately. During the summer months they are rented out on a weekly/fortnightly basis, but at other times, we can do short breaks and long weekends.
